The Team Building Challenge is designed to promote integration and group effectiveness in a unique and entertaining fashion. Team Building Challenges are designed to get everyone involved, fostering communication, strategy, development, and time management skills along with creative
negotiations and most importantly, the art of working as a team. Create an event no one will forget!
The benefits of trust and strategy development are showcased when team members try to accommodate the highest score with each roll of the ball while the teammate is blindfolded 5 frames each and let the good times roll.
The objective is to be the first team to complete 20 laps on the go-kart track in the least amount of time, It’s a great atmosphere to keep energy levels running high while utilizing creativity along with time management skills.
Team up against the competition, alternate shots or play best ball. This challenge encourages goal setting, managing change and developing peak performances from individual team members in an enjoyable setting.
